Mexicana Silver Jewellery offers you free and fast delivery on all orders.

That includes anything from our ranges of Silver Jewellery, Gemstone Jewellery and Natural Jewellery collections.

Orders for delivery in the U.K. come with a five working day delivery guarantee (excluding highlands and islands, see bottom of this page for full details or visit www.royalmail.com.)

Your jewellery order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and guaranteed to arrive the next working day, by 1pm. We send out orders twice a week - on Mondays and Fridays. This service is free.

Guaranteed next day delivery service for the U.K.

Next day delivery is normally available for urgent, last minute gifts which are to be delivered with in the U.K. (excluding highlands and islands) but is subject to confirmation from us.

If you require urgent next day delivery please call our help line on 0854 00 90 900 before 4pm, Monday to Friday, for confirmation.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available for orders placed on Friday, for delivery on Saturday, for an additional £2.50 per order. There is no extra charge for guaranteed next day delivery for gift orders placed from Monday to Thursday for delivery the next (working) day.

Next day delivery is not available for orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. If you have left it to the last minute, and you let us know, you can rest assured that we will treat your gift order as urgent and do everything we can to make sure that it is delivered in time.

Our post leaves at 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We need at least half an hour to process your order depending on how busy we are.

Orders made online get processed slightly faster than telephone orders because we don't have to process your payment before we can send you your order.

U.K. Delivery in time for Christmas

We can guarantee UK delivery in time for Christmas. All Orders made before 4pm on Monday 23rd December are guaranteed for delivery in time for Christmas.

Free world wide delivery - delivery outside the U.K. *

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For with Airmail delivery which is fully insured and has the following delivery target times:

All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days* and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

*Tracking and Signature services to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg have a delivery aim of 3-4 working days

Western Europe - within four to five working days - This includes Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg.

Other European Countries - within five to six working days.

The rest of the world - within six to eight working days.

*Please note that the recipient may be charged Customs, Import Duties or Tax.

Orders sent to European Union countries are currently exempt from any form of Tax. (This may change inline with Brexit trade negotiation outcomes).

Orders sent to countries out side the European Union may be subject to such charges.
