Silver Pendant with Lapis Lazuli Gemstone Pyramid and Necklace Chain

A lovely silver pendant set with five semi-precious Lapis Lazuli cabochon gemstones in a pyramid formation. The larger central Marquis cut stone measures 7/16 inch - 1.2cm long by 1/4 inch - 5mm wide and the four smaller oval stones measure 1/4 inch - 6mm by 1/8 inch - 4mm wide.
