A fantastic large sterling silver pendant set with a pear or tear drop shaped Lapis Lazuli cabochon gemstone, which measures 1 5/16 inch - 3.3cm long by 15/16 inch - 2.3cm at the widest point and featuring a Fibonacci Golden Ratio design extrusion from the bottom of the stone.
